He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucues Williams and Berniece Williams Williams. He is survived by: his siblings, Lucius Williams, Genevieve Hale (Chester) of Royal Oaks, Annabell Blegen (Art) of Moline, Mary Ann Warnstaff (Terry) of Muscatine, Carol Williams of Muscatine and Denise Williams (Morris Nunn) of Muscatine; and his aunt Dr. Shirley McBay of California. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
