She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellis A. McCormick and Marie A. McCormick (Wilhelme); her stepmother Hazel McCormick; her siblings, Marie Crumly and Harold McCormick; and her siblings-in-law, Linda Wagner, Bobby Millage, Fred Millage and David Millage.
She is survived by: her husband Elmer Millage of Muscatine; her children, Kevin VanEst of Maquoketa, Sharlyn Plowman (Troy) of Muscatine, Kimberly Wack (Aaron) of New Boston and Scott Millage of Wapello; her grandchildren, Eugene Willroth, Brylee Millage, Kason Willroth, Triston Millage and Skye Willroth; her nieces, Emily Garcia and Tori Conston; her brothers-in-law, John Crumly, Jerry Millage, Bill Millage and Danny Millage; and her pets, Brewster, Mickey and Teddy.
A memorial has been established for the family.
