He was predeceased by: his parents, John Orville and Betty Jean Collins Kline; his half-brother Thomas Fry; his sister Jolly Ann Jackson-Kline; and his nephew Zakary Michael Kline.
He is survived by: his brother Mike Kline (Peggy) of Muscatine; his brother-in-law Denny Jackson; and his close friend Dawn Demler. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
