She is survived by: her husband Carl Jason Wentworth of Muscatine; her children, Nicholis Perry of Muscatine, Thomas Wentworth of Muscatine, Olivia Perry of Muscatine and Carlee Wentworth of Muscatine; and her siblings, Tabitha Honeycutt of Muscatine, Michelle Young of Davenport, Robert Perry of Moline, Richard Perry Jr. of Dubuque and Elizabeth Wentworth of Muscatine. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
