Ruth left this world on May 20, 2024 at the age of 99, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Eunice Shield (Bowser) and Lloyd Shield; her husband Clayton Havemann; her daughter Barbara Felton; and her siblings, Rich, Walter, George Shield, Beverly Thomas and Gerri Kochneff.
She is survived by: her children, Charles (Kathy Havemann), Carleton (Sue Havemann), Lloyd (Theresa Havemann) and Lisa Havemann (Jeff Miller); and her son-in-law Doug Felton of Campton Hills, Illinois.. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made in Ruth's honor to the family for Multiple Sclerosis, American Cancer Society, or the National Kidney Foundation.
