She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Ernst and Lulu Fern Walter Grothe; her husband Howard A. Yerington; her daughter Jerri Day; her siblings, Walter Grothe, Paul Grothe, Elaine Miller and Edna Saue; her great grandchild Timothy Hill; and her son-in-law Del Meyer.

She is survived by: her daughters, Darla Meyer of Muscatine, Karen Jeambey of Muscatine and Lisa Cunningham (David) of Muscatine; and her sister Lue Burritt of Colorado. She is also survived by several grandchildren; many great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials to the Walnut Park Baptist Church 215 Colorado St., Muscatine.
