He was predeceased by: his parents, Chauncey Stegall and Alice Stegall (Johnson); and his siblings, Richard, Keith Stegall, Marjorie Arnold and Kathryn Zimmerman.

He is survived by: his son Jacob of Muscatine.

A memorial fund has been established at the funeral home in memory of Roger.
