He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Olson and Albertine Olson (Theobald); and his brothers, Arnold, Delmer and George.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Tracy of Muscatine; his children, Randy Olson (Rose) of Muscatine and Tammy Whitmer (Mike) of Muscatine; and his grandchildren, Joshua Olson (Shannon), Caroline Olson, Heather Keck, Kiley Eastwood, Scott Eastwood and Sarah Whitmer. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
