He was predeceased by: his parents, Troy O. Dillbeck and Martha B. Bethell Dillbeck; his wife Patsy A. Lane Windus McGourty; and his grandson Bradley McGourty. He is survived by: his children, Bobbi A. Porter and Brian Dillbeck (Deb) of Alexis, Illinois; and his stepchildren, Kenneth Windus of Muscatine, Randy Windus of Atalissa, Kristine A. Bennett of Davenport, Pamela Stegner (Jerry) of Davenport and Michael McGourty of Muscatine. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
