He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward J. 'Ward' and Vera Carter McMahon; and his sisters, Leona Hazen, Erma Chapman, Leila Butler, Bernice Schmitt and Betty Weiersheuser.
He is survived by: his wife Betty McMahon; his daughter Rhonda Wittmer (Jim) of Muscatine; his grandchildren, Jamie Wittmer and Robbie Wittmer (Amber) of Muscatine; his great grandchildren, Claysha (Jake), Paislee, Harper and Jude; and his siblings-in-law, Wanda 'Toots McCullough of Muscatine, Helen Berry of Muscatine and Jim Wade of Wapello. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Bud's family in his honor, in care of Betty.
