He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Burke of Muscatine; his children, Bobby Butler of Muscatine, Michelle Fitzgerald of Oakville and Kelly Mayfield (Jamie) of Tennessee; and his siblings, John McCulley (Charina) of Cromwell, Jackie Helsberg (Wes) of Shannon City, Jodie Lilly (Randy) of Shannon City, Berta McCully of Shannon City and Sarah See of Muscatine. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
