He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Hines and Margaret Hines (Coiner); and his sister Helen Jenks. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Wade of Muscatine; his daughters, Christina "Tina" Hines of Cedar Rapids and Amber Johnson (Eric) of Muscatine; his grandchildren, Eli, Dale, Mayson, Mikayla, Maddox, Isabella (John), Elizabeth and Danica; and his sister Anne Jackson (Chris). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
