We are sad to announce that on December 29, 2022, at the age of 77, Richard Payne of Muscatine, Iowa, born in Des Moines, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Earnest Edward and Nina Bernice Payne (Isenberger); his siblings, Bob Payne (Lois) and Judy Payne; his father-in-law Richard Woodall; and his siblings-in-law, Mike Miracle and Marian Payne.
He is survived by: his wife Barb of Muscatine; his son Nathan Payne of Muscatine; his siblings, Bill Payne of Muscatine and Christine Hilderth (Joe) of Johnston, Iowa; his mother-in-law Thelma Woodall of Nixa; and his siblings-in-law, Penny Miracle of Springfield and Todd Woodall (Sara) of South Daytona, Florida.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A memorial has been established in Richard's name at the funeral home.
