He was predeceased by: his father Richard Lamoyne; and his brother Tom Mills. He is survived by: his mother Velma Louise Mills (Harris) of Muscatine; his children, Wade Mills (Melissa) of East Moline, Jesse Kirk of Winfield and Renee Kirk of Muscatine; and his siblings, John Mills of Muscatine, Sue Van De (Vaughn), Pam Lighton (Paul) of Aledo, Patty Ricketts (Todd) of Franklin and Karen Holladay (Paul) of Muscatine. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
