He is survived by: his wife Nancy Shryock; his sons, Rich Coulter (Shawna) of Altoona and Erik Coulter of Davenport; his grandchildren, Izaiah Coulter, Erik Coulter Jr., Kimberly Goodsell, Jessica Weaver and Amanda Goers; and his siblings, Steve Coulter of Muscatine, Larry Coulter of Lancaster, Genivieve Lee of Muscatine, Judy Esmoil of Muscatine, Sandra Mallder of Andalusia and Barb Mallder of Melbourne.
