He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Duggleby and Edna Duggleby (Soehren); his wife Grace V. Harter; and his brother Donald Duggleby. He is survived by: his children, John Duggleby (Jude) and Leslie Soule (Brad); and his sister Marjorie Foster. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
