He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul C. Tandy and Inez Queen Tandy; and his siblings, Cheryl Pamperien and Mark. He is survived by: his sisters, Paula Gillespie (Reid) and Sarah Hill (Jim). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
