He is survived by: his wife Renée Courtois-Smith of Muscatine; his daughters, Delaney Smith (Brayden Woodburn) of Des Moines and Mandy Smith of Muscatine; his grandchildren, Ryker, Silas and Ella Woodburn; his siblings, Carol J. Hill of Freeport, IL, Gary D. Naber, Vickie A. Smith (Debby), Floyd L. Smith Jr. (Dude) of Colorado Springs, Cindy J. Williams (E. Sr.) and Steve S. Smith (Allison); and his aunt Jean Simpson of Naples. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and many friends.
