She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Willard and Clarabelle Maude Hahn (Anderson); her daughters, Sheila Ann Purinton, Sherry Ann Purinton and Jeanie Sue Purinton; and her siblings, Donald Hahn, Kenneth "Casey" Hahn, Loretta Hahn, Darlene Obanion, Claudette Constable and LouAnn Warnstaff.
She is survived by: her husband Rich; her daughters, Jelene Kay Purinton of Muscatine and Lesa Ann McFarland (Ryan) of Muscatine; her grandchildren, Dakota Whitlow, Austin Harris, Johnathan McFarland, Ryle Ann Maelee McFarland, Mark McFarland and Ryan McFarland; and her brother Frank Hahn. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A memorial has been established in Penny's name.
