He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandson-in-law Jason; his great grandchild Preston Daufeldt; his father Edgar; his grandchildren, Nathan Daufeldt (Amanda) of West Liberty, Eric Daufeldt (Nicole) of Moscow, Marsha Gingerich (Jason) of Moscow, Jay Kemper (Jill) of Mojave and Jeffrey Kemper (Jeannie) of Lexington Park, Maryland; his great grandchildren, Owen, Samantha, Kenzie, Andee and Paisley Daufeldt; his siblings, Ed Kemper, Gladys Mittman of Muscatine and Catherine "Kitty" Root of Muscatine; his wife Joyce Kemper; his children, Jim Kemper and Cindy Hatfield; and his siblings, Ruth, Martha, Doris, Mary and Mark.
