Noel Marshall Hoopes Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Noel Marshall Hoopes of Muscatine, Iowa, who passed away on February 4, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Hoopes and Ruth Marshall Hoopes; his former wives, Joyce Schulz and Eunice Wilhoit; and his son Scott.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Stacy; his daughter Diane Townsley (Mike) of Deep River; his grandchildren, Eric Townsley (Andrea) of Van Horne, Matt Townsley (Cassy) of Waverly and Becky Goerend (Russ) of Waukee; his great grandchildren, Emma, Kaiser, Henry, Caleb, Tyler, Wesley, Calvin, Nathan and Keely; and his brother David of California. He is also survived by many other relative and wonderful friends.
Noel's family kindly requests that visitors wear a mask.
