(Demi); her husband Tom; her granddaughter Jade of Muscatine; her sisters, Barbara White (Randy), Rose Podhradsky (Michael) of Custer, SD and Mary Johnson (Wayne) of Sioux Falls, SD.; and her siblings-in-law, Mark Hendricks (Sharon) of Shelton, WA., Anne Hendricks of Sioux Falls, SD, Jane Lenz (Duane) of Castle Pines, CO, Joan Bernard (David) of Bloomington, MN and Mary Michaels (Gary) of Sioux Falls, SD..
