She was predeceased by: her parents, Reid Buffington and Lula Buffington (Hill); and her siblings, Alan, Darryl, Paul, Benny Buffington, Judy Wise, Carolyn Weilbrenner and Virginia Barrick.
She is survived by: her husband Dean Van Acker of Muscatine; her sons, Scott Westfall of Columbus Junction, William Westfall (Sue) of St. Robert's, MO and Luke Westfall (Monica) of Eldridge; her stepson Robert Van Acker (Elizabeth) of Fruitland; her grandchildren, Amanda, Alex, Dan, Katie, Austin, Nic, Zoey, Bella, Gary, Ryan, Maria, Isabelle and Lacey; and her brothers, Les Buffington (Patricia) of Buffalo and Keith Buffington (Linda) of Alton, IL.. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be left to the Alzheimer's Association in memory of Millie.
