He is survived by: his wife Wendi; his children, Matt Durham (April), Andrew Durham (Ashley), Benjamin Busch (Tyler Badding) and Megan Frakes (Connor); his grandchildren, William, Amelia Durham, Grace, George, Gwyneth, Graham Durham, Theodore Kleist and Emerson Frakes; his sister Linda Stillwell; his siblings-in-law, Gwen, Andrew Lindner and Ted Woolston; and his mother-in-law Patricia Eney.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family to be distributed to the Muscatine Arboretum or the American Cancer Society.
