Burns; and his siblings, Joyce Butler (Ben Butler), Bessie Riley (GL 'Rusty' Riley) and Ralph Burns Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Barbara L. Saltz; his children, Michael D. Burns Jr. (Malinda), Dale W. Burns, Terry J. Burns (Chrissy), Dottie L. Lawrence (Mark) and Misttie A. Burns; his grandchildren, Timothy, Thomas Burns, Scotty, Brandon Burns, David J. Burns, Dylan, Evan, Lathan Lawrence, Charles, Michaela Burns, Jody and Alieson Gilliland; his sister Martha Marx; his mother-in-law Arlene Saltz; and his siblings-in-law, Perry Saltz Jr. (Barbara) and Natalie Wilson.
