She was predeceased by: her parents, Terry Hewitt and Cora Hewitt (Stewart Kline); her brother Richard Hewitt; and her brother-in-law Duane Krob. She is survived by: her sister Margaret Krob (Mydge); her sister-in-law Chloe Hewitt (Moline); her children, Jeff (Teresa) of Cedar Rapids, Mark (Kelly Houston) of West Liberty, Kent (Gina) of Solon and Jennifer Heims (Doug) of Cedar Rapids; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Kline, Corrie Kline, Devon Strief (Ryan), John Kline, Courtney, Lexi, Cullen, Ethan Heims and Peyton Kline; her daughters-in-law, Judi Nichol (John) and Sharon Miller; and her friends, Mary Gean Strause and Mary Rose Kerres.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Patricks' Catholic Church groups, St. Anne's Helpers or Gods Helping Hands.
