She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles M. and Florence Grensing Mason Sr.; her husband Richard L. Howard; her brother Charlie Mason Jr.; her siblings-in-law, Lyle Lucas and Beverly Mason; and her cousin Don Grensing.
She is survived by: her children, Rick Howard (Karen Elliott) of Muscatine, Todd Howard (Brenda) of Wilton and Kristen Howard (Jerry Duncan) of Rock Island, Illinois; her grandchildren, Jeremy Howard of Urbandale, Angela Buckland (Adam) of Wilton, Randy Howard of Washington, D. C., Ryan Howard (Audrey) of Carmel, Danielle Gaeta (Josh) of Mashpee, Megan Haigh (Cody) of Rock Island and Brandon Long (Terryn Davis) of Moline, Illinois; and her great grandchildren, Noah Howard, Brody Howard, Hunter Howard of Albuquerque, JJ Gaeta, Bristol Gaeta of Mashpee Massachusetts, Evelyn Howard, Archer Howard, Olivia Howard of Carmel, Tobias Long, Ivy Crose of Moline and Katelyn Buckland of Wilton.
