She was predeceased by: her father Stanley McCullough; her sister Lucy Button (John); and her mother Nora McCullough. She is survived by: her husband Gary Causey; her children, Jessica Hubbard and Bobby Fiedler (Amy Blair); her stepsons, Joe and Chris Causey; her stepgrandson Grayson; her sister Jean Ganter (John); and her nieces and nephews, Jamie, Jason and Jeremy. She is also survived by many cousins and relatives.

The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Fresh Air Fund at freshair.org to help bring underserved youth to the outdoors.
