Lula Stigers Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 28, 2021, at the age of 84, Lula Stigers of Muscatine, Iowa, born in Oakville, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Florence "Fuzz" and Mary "Wilma" Wiley (Reid); and her siblings, Lucille "Shorty" Anderson, Kenneth and Robert Wiley.
She is survived by: her husband Claude Stigers of Muscatine; her son Ted Stigers (Susan Rosney) of Gurnee, Illinois; and her sisters, Darlene Howard (Larry) of Newton and Frances Callis of Altoona. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established for the University of Iowa Stead Family Children's Hospital.
