She was predeceased by: her parents, Daryl D. McGill and Leona Marie McGill (Hartman); and her husband Jerry L. Gast. She is survived by: her children, Clayton Gast of Wapello, Lynette Hoopes (Tom) of Muscatine, Jennifer Spurrell (David) of Cedar Rapids and Trista Noah of Englewood, Tennessee; her grandchildren, Jacob Spurrell, Jessica Kortan (Micah), Joshua Spurrell and Jadon Spurrell; her great grandchild Charlotte; and her half-siblings, Tammy King (Ron) of Muscatine and Michael McGill of Muscatine.
