He is survived by: his wife Wanda Jackson of Muscatine; his children, Luanna Schrock (Justin) of Muscatine and Leroy, Jr. Jackson (Tara) of Muscatine; his grandchildren, JD Schrock, Addison and Leah Jackson; and his siblings, Chris Nolan (Pat) of Quincy, IL, Sharon Scherbaum of Marion and Lois. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A memorial has been established at the funeral home in Leroy's name.
