He is survived by: his wife Peggy Wheeler of Wittmann, Arizona; his children, Stacey Shaver (Dan) of Lockridge, Gregory Scott Wheeler (Mackenzie) of Muscatine, Jami Wheeler (Susan) of Buffalo, Carrie Simons (Chris) of Fairfield, Matt Starkweather (Misty) of Muscatine, Aaron Starkweather of Muscatine and Toby Starkweather (Trisha) of Williamsburg, Iowa; and his siblings, Cathy Weikert (Terry) of Muscatine, Debra Wheeler of New Boston, Sandra Miller (Orval) of Muscatine and Mark Wheeler of New Boston, Illinois.. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
