She was predeceased by: her mother Susan Gust (Sheetz). She is survived by: her father Robert Gust; her husband Doug Burkhead; and her sisters, Connie Mechler (Dale) of Algona and Diane Long (Tom) of Cedar Rapids. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
