He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Burr (Brian) of Muscatine and Kenny Pahl; his wife Linda Capshaw of Muscatine; his children, Lee Phillips of Muscatine and Marc Wells (Lisa) of Muscatine; his grandchildren, Garrett, Kylie, Megan, Ellen, John and Beth; his brother Harold Wells Jr. of Muscatine; his niece Melanie Bickford; his nephew Nick Wells; his cousin Duane Wince (Sue); and his pet Sammy. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
