He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Altmann and Mabel Altmann of Muscatine, Iowa.; his spouse Shirlie Blakney; his children, Kathy Brink (Russ) and Floyd Altmann (Carla) of Tigard, Oregon; his stepchildren, Arlita Bearden of Arkansas and Allan Anderson (Jane) of Salem, Oregon; his granddaughters, Natalya Lane of Utah and Heather Wakin (Paul) of Washington; his great grandchildren, Isaiah, Amerah, Aleiah and Micah Wakin; his siblings, Bernice Lobdell of Iowa, Eunice Cawiezell of Iowa and Harvey Altmann (Katie) of Texas; and also Shirlie.
