She was predeceased by: her parents, Larry Ulch and Patricia Trimble Ulch; and her grandmother Jessie Ulch. She is survived by: her children, Nick O'Brien (Jennifer Zavala) of Cedar Rapids and Robbie Ulch of Muscatine; her grandchildren, Maddox Ulch, Eisley Ulch, Aspen O'Brien and Winter O'Brien; her siblings, Chris Ulch (Lori) of Muscatine, Melody Rogers (Tom) of Muscatine and Everett Ulch of New Boston, Illinois; and her stepsisters, Julie Brown (Jeff) of Muscatine and Tamara Bailey (Michael) of Westfield, Indiana..
