Duane Carter; her children, Michele "Shelly" Noel (Victor) of Muscatine and Troy Carter (Carrie) of South Korea; her grandsons, Carter and Cooper Noel; her siblings, Joan Frye (Terry) of Clinton, Jon Jarrett of Muscatine and Jeff Jarrett (Michelle "Mim") of Muscatine; and her nieces, Haley and Jeni Jarrett.
