She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lehman and Gwendolyn Lehman (Van Blaricome); her granddaughter Jessica Peine; and her siblings, John Lehman and Renae Boswell.
She is survived by: her husband Felix Borge of Muscatine; her children, Andrew Peine (Lisa Gerlt) of Kansas City, Matt Peine (Tonya) of Muscatine, Joshua Peine (Jennifer) of Muscatine and Jackie Blake of Wilton; her grandchildren, Mark Peine, Kayla Chambers, Hannah Nicole Peine, Derrik Peine, Cameron Davis, Joseph Peine, Samantha Peine, Lawson Peine, Cooper Peine and Jenna Peine; and her great grandchildren, Eliza Peine, Bentley Ross, Layla Harper, Zealand Chambers, Harmony Chambers and Amelia Peine.
