She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Ament and Betty Hazen Ament; her husband Donald Vernon Siewert; and her siblings, Robert Jr. and Julie Ann.
She is survived by: her children, Janell Townsley (Clint) of Letts and Jeff Siewert (Kristin) of Pella; her grandchildren, Jason Townsley (Rebecca), Janessa Boley (Ryan), Zachary Siewert and Cole Siewert (Leah); and her great grandchildren, Beau, Brantley and Ember.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Bird House - Hospice Home of Johnson County.
