He is survived by: his significant other Wapello Livestock Sales; his children, Kelli Lukavsky (David), Kristen Payne (Jason) and Jay Heindel (Amanda); his grandchildren, Drew Lukavsky, Madelyn, Tenley Payne, Jackson, Jase and Jett Heindel; and his siblings, Mary Beth Carson (Steven) and Timothy Heindel (Julie).
