He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Neely and Charlene Edwards Neely. He is survived by: his wife Linda Neely of Muscatine; and his children, Jennifer Haney (Scott) of Muscatine, Summer Neely of Muscatine and Joel Neely Jr. (Michelle) of Florida. He is also survived by six grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
