He was predeceased by: his father Gary Ronald McCleary; and his brother Gary McCleary. He is survived by: his mother Peggy Rogers McDonald; his children, Joshua McCleary of Des Moines, Zachary McCleary of Des Moines, Ashelli McCleary of Des Moines, Jade McCleary of Muscatine, Lexi McCleary of Muscatine, Ellie McCleary of Muscatine and Charley McCleary of Muscatine; and his siblings, Cindy Sanders and Shawn McCleary. He is also survived by several grandchildren; mother.
