We are sad to announce that on February 27, 2025, at the age of 78, Jennifer Kay Cooke of Muscatine, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let her loved ones carry forward the torch of her memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of her love and the brilliance of her spirit. Though Jennifer Kay may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, her essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace H. Reid and Evelyn F. Carpenter Reid; and her sister Jodi Renee Cooley. She is survived by: her husband John J. Cooke of West Haven; her sons, John J. Cooke III (Tamara) of West Haven, Hoy Cooke (Gwen) of Jennings, LA and Douglas Cooke (Christina) of Anchorage, AK; and her brother Austin H. Reid (Linda) of Columbus, MS.. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lindquist's Ogden Mortuary (3408 Washington Blvd, Ogden, UT 84401). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (4050 S 3900 W, West Haven, UT 84401).
