He is survived by: his wife Pamela Ash of Muscatine; his children, Kimberly Ash of Muscatine and Jamie Ash (Stephanie) of Muscatine; his granddaughters, Jerzie Ash of Iowa City, Brooklynn Ash of Muscatine, Mackenzie Ash of Muscatine and Liberty Ash of Muscatine; and his close friends, Bill Call (Donna) of Muscatine and Bim Campbell of Illinois.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established at the funeral home in memory of Howard.
