It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Grace Duggleby of Muscatine, Iowa, who passed away on December 4, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles W. Harter and Mildred M. Harter (Knouse). She is survived by: her husband Richard S. Duggleby; and her children, John Duggleby (Jude) and Leslie Soule (Brad). She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established at the funeral home in Grace's name.
