He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Voeltz and Mata Voeltz (Kindt); his wife Irma Jean; his brothers, Russell and Ivan Jr.; his siblings-in-law, Dennis Johnson, Grace and Janice; his granddaughter Tabetha Voeltz; his great grandchild Theresa Blum; and his son-in-law Vern Dally.
He is survived by: his children, Gwen Dally of Jamestown, ND, Randall (Marina) of Monroe, NC and Andrew (Tiara) of Fenton, IL; his siblings, Manny Voeltz (Ruth) and Wilma Johnson; and his grandchildren, Joseph, Kimberly, Ben, Matt, Becky, Adam, Ashley, Tresten, Lonna, Joslyn and Hope.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established.
