He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Shingledecker and Mildred Bierman Shingledecker; his son Bradley Shingledecker; and his pet Coco. He is survived by: his wife Marsha Schmidt; his son Casey Shingledecker; his stepsons, Austin Schmidt (Jill) of Oskaloosa and Brandon Schmidt of Lady Lake, Florida; his grandchildren, Cameron Shingledecker, Mitchel Shingledecker, Ayden Schmidt and Tate Peakin; and his sisters, Sharon Sheridan of Carla Conn and Debra Leese (Roger).
