He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Burr and Wanda Loga Burr; and his siblings, George, Robert, Clifford, Richard "Pete" and Marian Schubich.
He is survived by: his wife Lois Acker Parchert; his daughters, Diane Fry (Doug) of Muscatine and Debbie Karns (Tim) of Muscatine; his stepchildren, Bill Parchert III (Deanna) of Buffalo Prairie, IL, Jim Parchert of Buffalo Prairie, IL and Sherri Parchert of Buffalo Prairie, IL.; and his brothers, Ralph Burr of Muscatine and Gerald Burr of Lone Tree, IA.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
