He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Martin and Pearl Martin (Atkins); his son Steven Martin; his grandson Sean Martin; his great grandchild William Martin; his siblings, Martha Hute (Michael) and Harry Martin (Claudette); and his brother-in-law Vernon Wilson, Sr..
He is survived by: his wife Claire Adinolfi of Muscatine; his children, Jeffery I Martin (Gwen) of Wapello, Teri Piazza of Muscatine, Diana Broderson (Rodger) of Muscatine, Diane Shipp (Jerry, Jr.) of Muscatine, Susan Blair (Gregory) of Lynnville, Thomas Martin (Carla) of Mahomet, Harold Matthew "Matt" Martin of Muscatine and Harry Martin (Rachael) of Muscatine; and his siblings, Jennie Wilson of Muscatine and Eugene Sr. Martin (Betty) of Pinkard. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren.
A memorial fund has been established at the funeral home in Frank's name.
