He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Leo and Velma Alice Nichols Clester; and his siblings, Everett Clester and Linda Rhodes. He is survived by: his children, Tonya Bierman (Rodney) of Muscatine, Ernest'Leroy'Clester Jr. of Muscatine, Amanda Newsom of Muscatine and Tyson Clester of Muscatine; his siblings, Gary Clester of Muscatine and Debbie Fetters (Dave) of West Liberty; and his sister-in-law Connie Clester of Muscatine. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren.
